We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our IT infrastructure, support services, and team operations. This role involves leading a team, managing vendors, ensuring system security, and aligning IT strategies with business goals.
Oversee design and maintenance of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, systems)
Lead the IT support team and ensure timely issue resolution
Manage vendor relationships and procurement of IT products/services
Implement security measures and conduct regular audits
Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity
Manage IT budget and allocate resources efficiently
Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
Collaborate with other departments to align technology with business needs
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or CompTIA (Network+, Security+) are a plus
At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT management role
Strong leadership, communication, and technical problem-solving skills
