Job Description

S eeking a driven Sales Representative to support business growth by providing cutting-edge solutions to waste water and water treatment plants. This role focuses on developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering technical solutions tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial water and wastewater treatment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and industry partners.
Present and sell equipment installation and services to potential clients.
Work closely with the engineering and integration teams to deliver customized solutions.
Provide consultative sales expertise, educating customers on system capabilities and benefits.
Assist in the development of proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree, Technology Degree, or equivalent experience in sales, engineering, or automation.
Solid experience in industrial technical sales
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-focused solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Compensation package flexible. Can be either salary with year end bonus or base plus commissions.
