We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Independent Handyman to join our team. In this role, you’ll represent Nandail Property Management by delivering high-quality services and maintaining our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general carpentry work, including rough and finish tasks.
• Handle upgrades and remodels for bathrooms and kitchens.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces.
• Repair, patch, and caulk drywall.
• Address minor plumbing and electrical issues.
• Repair and install flooring.
• Conduct general home repairs and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Stay organized and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Maintain attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Proven experience as a handyman.
• Proficient with various hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• A contractor or journeyman license is a plus.
