This is a remote position.
Xenvo Call is a growing virtual call center organization partnering with established enterprise client networks. This opportunity is for independent contractors who will provide customer service and/or sales support through a third-party client servicing platform used by major brands nationwide.
This is not a traditional W-2 position. Agents operate as independent business owners, contracting through Xenvo Call to access campaign opportunities.
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls based on assigned campaign
Provide customer service, sales support, or appointment setting (campaign-dependent)
Accurately document call outcomes and follow required call scripts
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and quality standards
Meet performance expectations for attendance, call handling, and compliance
Work independently while aligning with Xenvo Call’s operational guidelines
Ability to operate as a 1099 independent contractor
Quiet, professional home workspace
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Desktop or laptop (no tablets or Chromebooks)
USB headset
Ability to meet minimum performance metrics set by campaigns
Willingness to complete client-specific certifications (self-directed)
Pay varies by campaign and is performance-based
Contractors are paid per hour, per call, or per successful outcome depending on the program.
No hourly guarantees
Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and business expenses
While this role begins with access to enterprise client campaigns through a partner platform, Xenvo Call is actively expanding its direct contracts and internal campaigns.
High-performing contractors may be eligible for:
Priority access to new campaigns
Transfers to non-platform (direct) Xenvo Call campaigns as they launch
Leadership opportunities such as team leads or quality reviewers
Long-term placement within the Xenvo Call organization
This role is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not employment. Contractors are not employees of Xenvo Call and are responsible for managing their own business operations, including taxes, equipment, and certifications.
