Can’t stand being stuck behind a desk? Like working solo? Good with your hands? We have the perfect job for you as a Service Technician!

Go store to store and work independently to keep the furniture display area looking “showroom ready” at a big box office supply company!

This is a  Part Time opportunity that can lead to additional assembly work. Hours may vary based on market needs (metro areas may garner more hours). Our technicians primarily work weekdays between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM.

Responsibilities:

1. Take Inventory and Identify Missing Items from Sales Floor
2. Anchor Displays to Ensure Customer Safety
3. Make Minor Assembly Repairs to Furniture
4. Clean & Vacuum Furniture Pad
5. Assemble RTA Furniture for Display Area
6. Report Your Work Via Phone, Tablet, or Computer
7. Build & Maintain Relationships with Store Managers

Requirements:

1. Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
2. A Basic Tool Kit May Be Required 
3. Daily Internet Access for Reporting
4. Customer Service Skills
5. Ability to Take Photos for Reporting
6. Stand, Kneel, Bend, Squat Throughout the Day
7. Ability to Lift Up to 50lbs

Perks:

2. Paid Mileage & Travel Pay (if applicable)
3. Per Diem & Hotel for Overnight Travelers
4. Assignments Can Range from 0-40 hours per week
5. Weekly pay
6. $16- $18 per hour
