We are seeking a dedicated Scheduling and Client Intake/ Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in selling/influencing clients to engage in a consultation and ensuring our clients receive a seamless and supportive experience from their initial contact with the firm through to their consultation. Your primary responsibilities will include hospitality, welcoming clients from initial inquiry, fostering trust and confidence with intelligent, knowledgeable responses as related to immigration law, but also evoking a sense of partnership and care. You are evoking our brand of high excellence, high support, and first class service with every client interaction. You know how to sell the firm’s institutional knowledge, services and ethos. This will be via initial responses (call and/or emails) to clients, scheduling client consultations based on an understanding of what visa category the client might qualify for, managing client intake procedures, gathering personal details and documents from the client, setting the attorneys up with as much information about the client as possible before a consultation and providing compassionate support to clients throughout their immigration journey.
