Job Title: Java Developer & React Developer

Experience: 5+ years (Minimum 4-5 months of genuine work experience in Walmart)

Location: 100% Remote

Rate: Max $50-$53 per hour

Hiring Process: Slack message from the manager -> Internal team approval -> Direct Placement (No Interview)

Mandatory: Walmart Manager Reference Required (No Team Lead or Other References Accepted)

Java Developer Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Java development

• Minimum 4-5 months of genuine work experience in Walmart

• Strong knowledge of Core Java, Java 8/11/17

• Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, REST API

• Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, or similar caching technologies

• Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB)

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes

• Familiarity with Cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to Walmart's internal tools and platforms

• Experience with GraphQL, gRPC

• Knowledge of Terraform, Helm

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies

React Developer Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Frontend Development

• Minimum 4-5 months of genuine work experience in Walmart

• Expertise in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS

• Experience in RESTful APIs, GraphQL

• Hands-on experience with Webpack, Babel, Jest, Enzyme

• Proficiency in GitHub, CI/CD pipelines

• Familiarity with Cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Next.js, React Native

• Knowledge of Walmart's internal frontend frameworks

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes

• Exposure to Accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)

Important Submission Guidelines:
