RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪ Report directly to the marketing manager▪ Connect and engage with members of the community
▪ Contribute marketing ideas and help plan events for members and staff ▪ Rock and model Rumble retail/gear for social media ▪ Represent brand values inside and outside the studios▪ Conduct studio tours while establishing a relationship, targeting individual’s needs and wants
▪ Participate in special events (including, but not limited to: health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community, and hospital events) to promote the club
▪ Create and manage on-brand, creative content for social media channels▪ Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
▪ Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
▪ Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
▪ Goal-oriented with an ability to sell memberships, class packages, and retail ▪ Possess an outgoing and friendly personality, while maintaining a professional attitude and approach▪ Must respect all ages, races, genders, religions, and orientations
▪ Must adhere to company policies and procedures▪ Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
▪ Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
▪ Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email
▪ Must have proficient computer skills
▪ Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
▪ Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week
▪ Flexible schedule required ▪ Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to-and-from work ▪ Must be willing to submit to background check and drug test * Fluent in Spanish desired *
