Description:
Do you have commercial or industrial HVAC experience in a management role? If so, our client is currently seeking a Service Manager to join their team.  This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage a team of service technicians who specialize in repairs and installation of commercial HVAC.
• Responsible for the scheduling and logistics of the service technicians.
• Service existing customers and identify and solve customer HVAC needs from a technical viewpoint.
• Identify potential customers to generate targeted proposals and manage estimates.

Qualifications:

• Commercial/ industrial experience with building mechanical equipment is required.
• Must have strong knowledge of commercial/industrial boilers, burners, and mechanical room design.
• Engineering experience preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
