Our Team

With 25+ years of experience servicing the Greater Phoenix metro, Emergency Air is looking for our next HVAC Service Manager. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of building a successful and profitable HVAC Service team.

The Opportunity

Our company is growing, and we now need a great HVAC leader to take our team to the next level. Our managers aren't micromanaged - they run their own departments and are responsible for getting the best out of their teams. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of residential HVAC and a track record of exceeding sales goals and creating satisfied customers. Prior team management experience is preferred but not required to be successful in our environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• $150k OTE. $100,000 - $110,000 annual salary + quarterly bonus structure + milestone bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 20-25 HVAC Technicians and apprentices.
• Provide sales and technical training for Technicians and Apprentices.
• Coach team to hit quality and revenue KPIs.
• Assign customer jobs to technicians best suited to the customer's needs.
• Address client concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive a positive culture.
• Looking for someone that has both technical support ability as well as driving sales

Requirements

• Prior team management experience
• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Track record of exceeding sales/revenue goals.
• Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
  

Schedule : 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday. Weekends and after-hours availability as needed.
