ENCHANTED FOREST WATER SAFARI 

Scope:

• HR Intern will provide support to all properties of Water Safari Resort with the Human Resources team. Assist in hiring, onboarding, training, and day to day operations with both domestic and international seasonal team members.

  Essential Duties:

  • Update employee records with new hire information
  • Screen resumes & schedule interviews
  • Address team member queries
  • Participate in organizing company events
  • Learn scheduling software
  • Supervise Team Member Housing
  • Plan & coordinate outings for International Students
  • Become proficient with all office practices and procedures
  • Other duties as required for the efficient operation of the business
• Requirements

  Qualifications:

  • Exhibit a friendly, cooperative, professional demeanor
  • Ability to interact and communicate with a diverse group of people
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office & Google Office
  • Ability to interpret company policies and procedures and provide direction to guests and team members
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner
  • Valid Driver’s License
