The San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, go-getter to join our Human Resources Division as an Intern!
As an HR Intern, you won’t just sit on the sidelines — you’ll be part of a dynamic team and get hands-on experience in every corner of public sector HR. From recruiting and employee relations to benefits, Workers’ Compensation, wellness programs, and succession planning, you’ll see how HR drives the entire organization from start to finish.
At San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District, every day brings something new! Our Human Resources division plays a role in every corner of the organization, giving you the chance to gain broad, hands-on experience. While we can be flexible with scheduling, the ideal candidate will commit at least 15–20 hours per week.
