The Coordinator will assist with day to day tasks within the People & Culture (HR) HRIS department. This position is full-time and located onsite at our Las Vegas office.

:

 

  • Assist employees in person, via email, or via phone for the changes of address, I-9 updates, employment verifications, work cards, name change, marital status updates, etc.
  • Upload vendor information to produce badge numbers and coordinate with management to renew or term vendors monthly.
  • Assist with personnel-related system transactions.
  • Assist with monitoring the HRIS inbox and resolve assigned HR Admin issue(s).
  • Completing letters for Verification of Employment.
  • Scanning and filing, making sure records are stored appropriately.
  • Assist with HOTSOS tickets.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Requires a minimum of two years clerical experience in a high-volume office environment.
  • Previous experience in human resources preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel is required, advanced skills are preferred.
  • Oracle/PeopleSoft experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent attention to detail is required due to the amount of information audited and entered into the personnel file.
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as telephone etiquette.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and can possess a Nevada Gaming Card.
