Private family looking to hire a Live-In OR Live-Out Housekeeper/Nanny in Newtown, PA, starting in September!
$30-$40 per hour, healthcare stipend, PTO, possible private bedroom and bathroom M-F if desiring live-in arrangements), and a car for personal and professional use.The Ideal Candidate: A busy family with three young children in New Hope, PA, is looking for an energetic and organized housekeeper who is kid-friendly and loves to cook. The position requires a true career housekeeper with at least five years of experience. This person must be proactive, take initiative, and be comfortable working in a split role where 75% of the responsibilities involve housekeeping and cooking, while 25% focus on childcare. The ideal candidate will be meticulous in their cleaning, highly organized, and possess a passion for cooking healthy family-style meals. They should also be professional, discreet, and hardworking, with superlative, verifiable, and preferably long-term references. Availability to start in September is essential, and flexibility for occasional weekend support is preferred.
What Works Best for the Family: The family is seeking someone very comfortable around children and self-motivated, capable of taking charge in running a large home and ensuring everything is guest-ready and spotless. The candidate should know how to read the room, providing the family with privacy when needed.
