Clean Crusade is hiring part-time cleaners! Enjoy flexible hours with no weekends or evenings, and earn $18-$25 per hour (on average) plus tips. We offer paid time off, fuel/mileage reimbursement, and paid training. No previous experience necessary, and as we grow our schedule and recurring bookings, part-time positions may be converted to full-time!

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning in residential homes using specific equipment and methods (supplies and tools provided)
• Follow cleaning checklists to ensure quality
• Deliver excellent customer service, respecting clients' homes and privacy
• Report any equipment repairs or replacements
• Participate in team meetings and events

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle (fuel costs reimbursed)
• Follow cleaning checklists to meet high standards
• Provide respectful, friendly customer service
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Physically able to be on your feet throughout the day, with light lifting (under 20 lbs)—it’s physically demanding but rewarding work!
