Description of the role: Pillar to Post- The Samuels Moltrup Team is GROWING! This is a full-time role based in Sarasota, Florida. We are Looking for Inspectors that want:

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed inspections of residential properties, including structural components, plumbing, electrical systems, and more.
• Document findings accurately and clearly in inspection reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients and real estate agents to explain inspection results.
• Adhere to industry standards and company guidelines throughout the inspection process.

Requirements:

• Strong Recommendation: FL Home Inspector Licensed (we can train the right individual if not licensed).
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Possess a valid driver's license
