This position will work remotely from home. We are looking for candidates with a sales background. Real estate is preferred, but not required. You will be calling homeowners for our company to buy their house. Communication and Organizational skills are needed to communicate effectively in the position - build rapport and determine their motivation for selling.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls through our dialing system to prospective homeowners.
Take notes and label each lead in our dialing system based on the outcome of the discussion.
Follow company-provided scripts to determine if each homeowner would be interested in selling their home.
Communicate to the homeowner the benefits of selling directly to us.
Managing leads and following up with prospects in our company's CRM.
Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and a high volume of deals.
