Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Remote Healthcare Recruiter to help connect talented healthcare professionals with travel assignments at healthcare facilities across the country. In this role, you'll support both our Allied Health and Travel Nursing divisions, placing skilled professionals in various positions to make an impact in healthcare settings nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Consultative Selling: Use your expertise to build relationships and match healthcare professionals with the right opportunities.
Candidate Attraction & Retention: Source and engage top candidates while ensuring they remain satisfied throughout their assignments.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure long-term success.
Organizational Skills: Stay organized and manage multiple tasks to effectively meet the needs of clients and candidates.
Goals & Expectations
Year 1 Goal: Place 12 healthcare professionals in assignments.
Year 2 Goal: Expand to 20 healthcare professionals on assignment.
What We're Looking For
Consultative Selling Experience: We prefer individuals with persuasive, charismatic qualities and a proven track record in consultative selling.
Results-Driven: You should be motivated by achieving goals and have a high-performance mindset.
Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills are essential to build relationships with clients and candidates.
Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships is key.

Work Environment
Remote Work: This is a fully remote role. You will need a stable internet connection with sufficient bandwidth for video meetings and communication.
Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free environment is important for optimal performance. You should have a designated workspace with a desk, comfortable chair, and good lighting.
Physical Requirements: The role involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, frequent phone and video calls, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
