Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic healthcare recruiter to join our team, with flexible hours and the option for hybrid remote work. This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on your availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment of Healthcare Providers: You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting talented healthcare professionals, including Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Doctors.

Client Partnerships: You'll have the opportunity to recruit for various private healthcare groups and major hospital systems, placing providers within one of our trusted client organizations.

Provider Roles: We focus on recruiting both full-time and part-time healthcare providers, offering a wide range of opportunities to meet client needs.

Collaborative Work: You will be working alongside our team of system-based recruiters, with offices located in Rochester, NY, North New Jersey, and Atlanta, GA.

Leadership Support: Our leadership team is composed of experienced doctors and senior healthcare leaders, providing you with guidance and support as you grow in the role.

Managing Searches: You will typically manage 15-20 searches at a time, utilizing your strong organizational and multitasking skills. This will include negotiating compensation rates and assisting with onboarding candidates.

Travel: Occasional travel may be required (up to 10% of the time).

Bonus Points: While not required, being a fan of the Buffalo Bills or Syracuse Orangemen could make you a perfect fit for our team!

Compensation:

This is a contractor position with a competitive base salary and an achievable bonus plan. You'll have the opportunity to earn a bonus of $20,000 to $120,000+ annually based on performance.
