我们正在为一所深圳的学校招聘中文组长，到岗时间为2025年8月。 岗位职责牵头中学部中文融合课程教学计划的制定和实施，执行中文课程并带领团队不断改进学本的编写和使用。参与中文融合课程设计和教材编写工作，参加相关的各类线上和线下会议与培训。以全英文或双语进行中文学科的教学；引领中学部中文课堂教学模式变革，打造以学生为中心、以探究学习为核心的科学课堂组织学科组开设课后选修课程，丰富跨年级、中文教育机会组织和领导学科组会议和教研，促进教师之间的交流与合作，分享教学经验和资源参与学校活动、家长面谈、职业发展会议等完成学校布置的其它任务 任职要求硕士及以上中文相关专业具有中文教学经验者优先教师资格证良好的交流能力，中英文流利 薪资福利月薪18-25k寒暑假 Job responsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of the Chinese integration curriculum in the Secondary Division, implement the Chinese curriculum and lead the team to continuously improve the development and use of textbooks.Participate in the design of the Chinese integrated curriculum and development of teaching materials, and attend various related online and offline conferences and trainings.Teach Chinese subjects in full English or bilingually;To lead the change of Chinese classroom teaching mode in the secondary section to create a student-centered science classroom with inquiry learning at its coreOrganizing subject teams to offer after-school elective courses to enrich cross-grade, Chinese language educational opportunitiesOrganize and lead subject group meetings and teaching and research, promote communication and cooperation among teachers, and share teaching experience and resourcesParticipate in school events, parent interviews, professional development meetings, etc.Completing other tasks assigned by the school Job requirementsMaster degree or above in the Chinese subjectTeaching certificateTwo or more years teaching experience in ChineseExcellent communications skillsFluent in English and Mandarin Salary and benefitsMonthly salary is 18-25k RMBSummer and winter vacations
