Established restaurant group is looking for a Head Chef to join their team in a new opening that will surely be a popular neighborhood concept! The Chef is responsible for leading and coaching a skilled culinary team in executing consistently high quality traditional regional Italian dishes for the restaurant as well as oversee the smaller cafe concept next door. Executive Chef Responsibilities:
Executive Chef Preferred Requirements:
4+ years experience as an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine and/or Head Chef
Passion for quality ingredients
Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine, preferably Southern Italian (having staged or worked in the country a huge plus!)
Compensation Package Includes:
Compensation in the $90-$105k range
