Job Description

Job Title: Handyman (Drywall, Framing, Painting, Plumbing)

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drywall, framing, painting, and plumbing. Additional skillsets will be prioritized. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities to ensure they are in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect work orders from the vendor manager promptly
Travel to job sites on time
Communicate effectively with both facility clients and the office vendor manager to ensure everyone is aligned
Perform drywall installation and repair
Carry out framing installation and repair
Complete painting tasks, including surface preparation, painting, and finishing
Handle plumbing tasks, including the installation and repair of pipes, fixtures, and appliances
Inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs and report them to the office vendor manager, along with an accurate quote for budget estimation
Develop and implement maintenance plans on schedule
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
Requirements:

Valid driver's license
Relevant certifications (preferred and prioritized)
Willingness to travel up to 50 miles
Proven experience as a Handyman
Proficiency in drywall, framing, painting, and plumbing
Additional skills will be prioritized
Ability to operate hand and power tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:

$20 - $60 per hour (depending on experience and expertise)
