Work Hours:
Part-time, 2 days per week (approximately 15 hours).
Flexible schedule to fit your needs.
This position is in-person and based in Waco, TX.
What You'll Be Doing:
Graphic Design:
Create eye-catching graphics and illustrations using Adobe Illustrator for both online and offline marketing materials.
Develop creative designs that align with the brand's identity and help communicate key messages effectively.
Social Media Management:
Manage and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Design stunning visuals and graphics to enhance social media campaigns and drive engagement.
Content Creation:
Produce high-quality visual content for promotional materials, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all materials maintain brand consistency and visual appeal.
Collaboration:
Partner with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, understand project goals, and enhance marketing strategies.
Coordinate with other departments to gather information and insights to support your creative work.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Expertise in Adobe Illustrator is required.
Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a team setting.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
