Graphic/Production Designer
Reports to: Chief Creative Officer
Full-time, Non-Exempt
Location: 100% on-site at Napa, CA offices

The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver clean, print-ready artwork in a fast-paced environment and extend and adapt our design system as needed. This position requires strong organizational skills, print expertise, typesetting skills, color management skills, and acute attention to detail. You bring experience in motion graphics and 3D rendering to bring ideas to reality. You undertake multiple projects and collaborate and communicate effectively with Marketing.
You will support the marketing team’s design priorities including digital design projects, email campaigns, display ads, website updates and social media, sales tools, event layout deliverables while maintaining brand aesthetics. You will be responsible for label and packaging final print ready production and preparing files for release to printers or media partners (physical and electronic) and maintaining organization of production files.
The Graphic & Production Designer is the final checkpoint in a creative design process. This includes reviewing final copy for accuracy, layouts and content in print and digital form. Follows and creates comprehensive brand standards across color, font, production quality and more. Has a meticulous eye and possesses extreme attention to detail. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of final art files for print production and digital form, delivering high-quality graphics built for various consumer touchpoints.

Key Skills:
Detail-Oriented Final Art/Production
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and technical skills
Experience in Motion graphics
Proficient in 3D renderings
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong typography and layout skills
Ability to apply brand standards and check for consistency

Digital illustration
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent or 4 additional years’ experience in the graphic design field, including pre-press work, web-related and/or interactive design projects and preparing artwork for print.
Experience:
• Production graphic design field: 3 years (Preferred)
• Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite), with advanced expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. 3 years (Preferred)
• Experience with motion graphics required – Designs motion graphics elements involving typography, photography, live video and 3D animation for social media use.
• 3d Rendering: 2 years (Preferred)
• Ability to create and edit animated GIFs (Photoshop, After Effects)
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS is a plus
• Comprehensive knowledge of color management principles for maintaining consistency in print outputs.
• Ability to handle a high volume while ensuring accuracy
• Ability to work with speed and attention to detail
Salary Range: $85-100k annually, plus bonus potential
