Job Description

Pittsburgh CLO is a not-for-profit cultural organization dedicated to the preservation, creation and promotion of the American musical theater art form, the furnishing of arts education and providing outreach and meaningful community service opportunities in Western Pennsylvania and throughout the United States.  The Pittsburgh CLO, hailed as one of the nation’s premier regional theaters, is seeking a college aged student for our Graphic Design Internship.

Start Date: 5/19/2025
End Date: 8/08/2025
Approx. Hours per week: 35
 
Specific Responsibilities

• Assists the Marketing Manager with e-blasts, signage, playbill layouts, advertisements, merchandise designs and other promotional/merchandise materials.
• Applies daily updates to the Pittsburgh CLO website/social sites including Cast information, production photos, video clips and more.
• Creates video content for social media channels.
• Creates social media recaps following each production opening.
• Some evenings and weekends are required.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Meta as well as Canva is required.
• Must submit a link to an online portfolio and/or upload 3 samples at the time of application.

Compensation and perks include pay at $7.25 per hour and tickets to each performance.
