FULL TIME, ONSITE, GRAPHIC AND WEB DESIGNER - We have an immediate opening for an entry level, full time, graphic and web designer.
Qualifications / Requirements - Education:
- 4yr Degree in graphic and/or UI/UX web design, visualization, or similar program.
- Or, an Associates Degree with strong portfolio and some experience.
- Skills NeededStrong understanding of consumer psychology and buyer motivation that translates into the correct use of color, typography, layout and photography to move target audiences to action through the use of emotive design. A strong sense of social style, cultures, demographics and norms across all age cohorts. Worldliness coupled with understanding of middle class central Texas norms and demographics.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience: We are open to new graduates with strong portfolios and those with a few years experience.
Average Day - 45% Graphic Design of advertising for Digital, Print, Billboard, TradeShow
booths, Invitations, Menus, Brochures and signs.
- 30% Website design/updates primarily on Squarespace, some Wix and
Wordpress.
- 15% Social Media Design
- 5% Logo and Corporate Identity Design
- 4% Animation of social posts, video/logo trailers
- 1% Assist with photo and video shoots

Work Week - 40 hours, in person Monday through Friday with 1hr flex time
