We're looking for a Generator Technician to maintain and install generator equipment for our local customers that will help to prevent massive power outages. Responsibilities:

• Service/repair generators, change air filters, change oil, check battery levels, check spark plugs, etc.
• Generator Installations.
• Perform on-site planned maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting for customers generators.
• (including DC & AC voltage equipment)
• Work independently or with a small team with a work vehicle serving residential and commercial standby generators.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with generators, transfer switches, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of internal combustion engines and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical documents and service manuals for diagnostics and troubleshooting repairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and work outside.
• A valid drivers license.
