Job Description:
Augmentjobs is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Generalist Investment Banking Associate to join our growing team. As an integral part of our firm you will collaborate with clients across various industries manage transaction processes and contribute to the success of a diverse range of financial advisory services. This role offers the opportunity to develop and execute complex financial transactions including mergers and acquisitions capital raising and strategic advisory assignments.
Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis valuation and modeling to support transaction recommendations.
Prepare and deliver client presentations and pitch materials.
Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead junior team members ensuring accurate and timely project execution.
Maintain current knowledge of market trends regulatory changes and industry dynamics.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Strong understanding of financial modeling valuation techniques and investment banking fundamentals.
