General Manager job at Nielsen Automotive Group Wantage, NJ, US

Job Description

The General Manager will oversee the operations of Nielsen Automotive Group's car dealerships located in Sussex County, NJ. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and service strategies to drive growth
Manage daily operations of the dealerships
Lead multi teams of sales, office and service personnel
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service at all locations
Handle Marketing initiatives to promote growth
Cost control and revenue growth

Requirements:

Prior experience in automotive industry as a General Manager
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of success
Knowledge of automotive industry trends and regulations
