Job Title: General Handyman

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive General Handyman to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide top-notch maintenance and repair services, ensuring that our clients receive the outstanding care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in both commercial and residential settings.
• Ensure the functionality of mechanical systems and conduct necessary repairs.
• Carry out general cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the properties.
• Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as needed.
• Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other structural components.
• Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
• Service and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required.
• Bring your own transportation and tools to job sites.
• Utilize basic math skills effectively in your work.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and maintain organization.
• Showcase effective problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu).
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Flexible availability is required.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• A contractor or journeyman license is an advantage.
