We are actively seeking versatile and skilled Maintenance Technicians, including Independent handymen, Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC technicians , to join our team and represent Nandail Property Management in providing outstanding maintenance and repair services. As an essential part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of residential and commercial properties.

DESIGNATED JOBS :

Independent Handyman:

• Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, and general building upkeep.
• Address plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of properties.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

Qualifications:
•   Strong problem-solving skills.
•   Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
•   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•   Reliable transportation..
•   Licensed technicians will have priority and may receive additional job opportunities and competitive compensation.
