DetailXPerts is expanding rapidly, and were looking for dedicated General Cleaners/Janitors with outstanding references, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for excellence. Responsibilities:

• Prepare cleaning solutions as directed, and use them to complete various cleaning tasks.
• Perform general cleaning services: trash removal, window and glass cleaning, dusting of furniture and walls, and polishing of furniture and fixtures.
• Clean, service, and stock restrooms.
• Secure building by locking doors after hours and monitoring for hazards.
• Notify the Site Supervisor of significant repairs or additional equipment and supplies needed.
• Maintain clean floors through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, steam cleaning, and shampooing; perform non-routine floor maintenance, such as stripping, sealing, finishing, and polishing.
• Provide flexible scheduling to cover absences and meet contract service requirements.
• Follow all safety policies and guidelines, including DetailXPerts and contract-specific rules.
• Complete administrative tasks as needed, including payroll, document submittals, and inspections.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships, build trust, and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience in janitorial cleaning in a community setting
• Proficiency with Word and Excel
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Dependable, honest, and punctual
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, caring for clients and taking pride in work well done

Shift Availability:

• Evening Shift: Monday to Friday, 5 PM to 9 PM, with some weekend availability.
