Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and results-driven Donation Drive Agent to lead our fundraising campaigns. You will engage with donors, spread awareness about our mission, and inspire generosity to help us secure vital support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, empathetic approach.
Passion for helping others and making a difference in the community.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems and communication tools.
Experience in fundraising, sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events and outreach.
