Full Time Afternoon Nanny in Nashville, TN $51,480 - $63,700 annually

Seeking a full time afternoon Nanny for a busy family with 4 children ages 4, 7, 11 and 13 years old. The ideal nanny is energetic, organized, and experienced in managing busy households with multiple children. Looking for someone who is proactive, calm under pressure, and able to juggle school pick-ups, activities, homework assistance, and occasional travel with ease. Must be pet friendly, the family adores animals, they have five dogs, farm animals (alpacas, sheep, pigs), and plenty of outdoor activity!

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $30-35/hour.

Benefits: 2 weeks of paid vacation. 2 sick days. 2 personal days. Major holidays. 

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM (33-35 hours/week).
• Summer Flexibility: Morning shifts (e.g., 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM) while the kids attend summer camps.

Responsibilities:

• Managing school pick-ups across three schedules.
• Driving the children to and from activities, using a family-provided SUV.
• Helping with homework, and engaging the kids in activities.
• Keeping the household organized and ensuring the kids stay on track.
• Occasionally traveling with the family for events like dance competitions.

Qualifications:

• Active and Engaged: keep up with a bustling household and multiple after-school activities.
• Organized and Reliable: schedules and systems, keeping everything running smoothly.
• Experienced: worked with school-aged children and know how to juggle multiple kids’ needs.
• A Safe Driver: Clean driving record and confidence navigating a busy schedule in a family SUV.
• A Team Player: You’ll work hand-in-hand with mom, who manages the household chaos with care.
• Provide 3-5 professional references.
