How You’ll Contribute

As a Digital Print Operator , your work directly helps small businesses bring their ideas to life by producing high-quality prints that support their branding and marketing efforts. Your attention to detail and dedication will ensure that every order meets the highest standards, making a real impact on the businesses and creators we serve.

In this role, you will:
🔹 Run state-of-the-art digital printing presses , ensuring high-quality production
🔹 Set up and manage print jobs , optimizing files for accuracy and efficiency
🔹 Keep machines running smoothly , refilling toner, paper, and performing minor troubleshooting
🔹 Conduct quality checks to ensure all prints meet company standards
🔹 Familiarize yourself with materials (paper types, sizes, and specifications)
🔹 Support small businesses and creators by ensuring their printed materials look professional and polished

No printing experience? No problem! We provide hands-on training to help you master the software and machines. Prior experience in hands-on technical roles, warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments is a plus!

Requirements

Schedule Requirements – Early Morning to Afternoon Schedule

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Full-time Opportunity with benefits

Skill Requirements:

• Fast-paced work ethic – Meet deadlines in a high-production environment
• Attention to detail – Ability to see accurate color ( color accuracy test required )
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures – Work efficiently within structured guidelines
• Ability to accurately distinguish colors (color accuracy test required) as an essential function of the role.
• Strong logic and reasoning skills – Troubleshoot issues and problem-solve effectively
• Basic computer skills – Comfortable using computers for production tasks
• Basic math & measuring skills – Ensure precision in print setup and quality control
• Reliable transportation – Punctuality is essential; attendance policy enforced
• Physical ability – Lift up to 75+ lbs to replenish press materials (toner, fuser, paper, etc.
• Important Notes:
• This role has a paid training introductory period facilitated through a staffing agency.
• An online basic skills assessment will be required for consideration for this position.
• Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
