Must Have:
Minimum 4 years of experience.
Strong understanding of end-to-end testing in distributed and/or mainframe test environments.
Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
Proficiency in JIRA for defect tracking and reporting.
Knowledge of Software Implementation Lifecycle Model (SILC), Agile, and Kanban methodologies.
Corporate Actions Knowledge: Experience working in Corporate Actions or Asset Services is highly preferred.
Understanding of automation testing and willingness to develop automation scripts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Operations, and IT.
Effective communication skills for training sessions and presentations.
Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred, but not required).
Prior experience in post-trade market infrastructure, broker/dealer operations, or custodian banking.
Automation & Scripting: Hands-on experience with test automation tools to improve testing efficiency.
Compliance & Risk Knowledge: Exposure to audit tracking, compliance processes, and risk management in financial services.
Training & Leadership: Experience leading training sessions or mentoring junior team members.
