Job Title: Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic  Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our team. If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a dynamic setting, we encourage you to apply! Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns to enhance satisfaction.
• Operate a multi-line phone system to handle reservations and guest communications.
• Assist with night audit duties, including balancing daily transactions and preparing reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive experience for all guests.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support hotel operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and overnight shifts.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Previous front desk or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
