Forklift Operators to work at a premier food manufacturing company in Affton, MO.
Forklift Operator Details: - 1st Shift 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday-Thursday or 2nd Shift 3 pm to 1:30 am Monday-Thursday (OT required some Fridays)
- $17 to $24 per hour based on experience

What’s a typical day as a Forklift Driver?- Picking, labeling, scanning via RF Gun and palletizing outbound shipping orders using forklift
- Load and unload trucks
- Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
- Prepare pallets according to prescribed work standards, stacking and tagging
- Maintain shipping supplies to ensure orders ship on schedule
- Receive and process warehouse stock
- Maintain inventory control
- Inform supervisor of inventory issues, supply shortages and shipping issues
- Ensure loads are 100% accurate before departure from the warehouse
- Inspect incoming and outgoing material to ensure quality, quantity, and accuracy
You may be a good fit for this position, if: - You have 6 months of forklift operator experience.
- You can lift up to 50lbs frequently, climb ladders, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong English and Math skills.
- You can work overtime as needed.
- You have new steel toed shoes or can get some before starting.
- You have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
