That’s why we’re opening the door for enthusiastic, hands-on learners to join us as Florists in Training at our flagship shop on Historic Florist Row.

Our Path to Success Together
We know that stepping into a new career can feel big, so we make it simple:
It all begins with a friendly phone call. (Call back will start this Monday)
Next, you’ll join us for a one-day paid trial shift —a chance for you to see what it’s like to work with our team, and for us to see your natural creativity and spirit in action.
From there, we provide supportive check-ins at 3 days and 2 weeks , giving you clear feedback and coaching as you learn.
After 90 days of hands-on experience and growth, we extend a final offer to officially welcome you as a permanent part of the Walter Knoll family.
What You’ll Do
Work side by side with our lead designers, learning the craft of floral design
Create and prepare arrangements for every occasion—from everyday smiles to once-in-a-lifetime celebrations
Help keep our design space fresh, clean, and inspiring
Provide warm, welcoming service to our customers in person and over the phone
Pitch in with inventory, event set-ups, and creative brainstorming sessions
What We’re Looking For
A passion for flowers and design (no prior florist experience required—we’ll train you!)
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Strong communication and people skills
