Raines Co. - Your Future is Now Position Summary: A Fitness Attendant is responsible for maintaining the fitness, tennis, and poolside activities for the Sea Palms West fitness center. Reports to: Director of Golf Essential Functions:

• Greet and monitor guests entering the facilities
• Deliver excellent customer service with a warm, professional attitude
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and workout areas
• Sanitize machines, weights, and other areas of the gym
• Stock towels and basic amenities
• Assist Members with equipment use and report any maintenance issues
• Enforce safety and club policies in a friendly, respectful manner
• Keep pool deck clean and stocked with towels
• Verify tennis court reservations
• Communicate guest needs to the Tennis Professional or management
• Support recreation events or activities as assigned
• Any & all other reasonable duties as assigned by management.

Experience: Previous work in hospitality, fitness, or recreation is a plus Skills and Abilities: Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Other Must speak English fluently. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Mathematical skills include basic math. Problem solving, reasoning, and ability to multi-task and interact with people under pressure. Will be expected to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
