In this key role, you will collaborate closely with the US CFO to help establish a top-tier commercial finance department.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Oversight: Manage recurring financial planning and analysis processes to ensure sound financial decisions across the organization.
Strategic Leadership: Lead special projects that drive strategic initiatives, supporting business leaders in identifying key investment opportunities.
Business Planning: Utilize financial models and key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop short- and long-term business plans and forecasts.
Performance Analysis: Conduct monthly reviews with business leaders, performing analytical deep dives to clarify business performance and track costs and expenses, ultimately aiming to enhance profitability.
Global Collaboration: Work alongside international teams in London and Belgium to implement best practices in core strategic and operational processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in finance.
An MBA or CPA is preferred.
Proficiency in advanced MS Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
