• Responsible for the overall daily functions of a producer in the F&I Department
• Disclosing and selling insurance products
• Leasing
• Converting customers to dealership financing
• Work as a team, with emphasis on gross dollars generated in the department as well as net dollars retained as income
• Paperwork associated with the sale of a vehicle
• Promote maximum profitability in the department
• Handle customers professionally and ethically
• Taking turn-overs as designated
• Cancellations of warranties and insurance
• Assuming responsibility of any record keeping tasks assigned by the leader

Qualifications

• Must have previous dealership sales experience with above average sales (Salesperson of the Month award winner or 150 Club status)
• Previous finance experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills
• Knowledge of the sales/delivery process
• Above average organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and operate in a stressful environment
• Possess a goal-oriented attitude
• Capable of working as part of a team
• Neat, professional appearance
• Possess a valid Illinois driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Hours

• Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until close
• Tuesday is day off
