Job Description
Steadfast Security is seeking experienced and proactive Field Security Supervisors to lead and oversee high-priority security operations. This role is vital to maintaining our high standards of safety and client satisfaction across multiple locations.
Responsibilities - Oversee and support security officers to ensure consistent, high-level performance and adherence to post orders.
- Conduct site visits, patrols, and detailed inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, addressing any security concerns and enhancing client relationships.
- Lead officer training, scheduling, and performance management, ensuring operational readiness at all times.
- Respond swiftly to incidents, coordinate emergency support, and provide on-site leadership in high-risk situations.
- Prepare comprehensive incident reports, maintain documentation, and manage site logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards across all shifts and locations.
Supervisor Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Experience managing multiple sites and supervising diverse teams.
- Physically fit to perform patrols and inspections, capable of standing/walking for extended periods.
- Flexibility for overtime and 24/7 availability to respond to urgent matters as needed.
- MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENCE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD- WE WILL CHECK!
- Must hold a valid CA Guard Card
