Early Years Teacher | Teach in Ajman | UK Curriculum School

I'm taking qualified early years teachers to join my client in the United Arab Emirates.  My client is located in the emirate of Ajman and recently opened its doors to cater for KG to primary students.  The school delivers a do UK curriculum and therefore requires teachers that are well versed in the EYFS and the UK primary curriculum.

It is a very small school at this stage and growing and therefore requires you to be flexible and adaptable to the working culture in the UAE.

Salary Package

1. 8,000 AED to 10,000 AED per month (<5 years’ experience)
2. 10,000 AED to 12,000 AED per month (>5 years’ experience)
3. FREEhousing or housing allowance provided
4. FREE work visa
5. FREE medical insurance
6. FREE annual flights
7. FREE transportation inside of Ajman
8. Gratuity as per labour law
9. A two year contract which is renewable

Requirements To Apply

1. Bachelor's degree in early childhood education
2. A minimum of two years’ experience (strong NQT’s are considered)
3. MUST have UK Curriculum experience (mandatory)
4. A high commander written and spoken English
5. Update with modern pedagogy
6. Competent in using ICT technology
7. Competent in using MS office suite
8. Able to carry out online learning via MS teams or zoom

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:

Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)

Must be a native speaker of English

Newly Qualified Teachers are NOT considered

Prefer candidates with international experience

Open University qualification(s) are NOT accepted

Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted

Additional:

**Degree must be in Early Childhood

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

A salary from 8,000 up to 12,000  AED (UAE Dirham)per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE

Housing:

Based on application  fully furnished Housing provided

Medical:

State/Public medical provided

Flights:

Flight(s) provided annual flights are provided for the teacher

Bereavement Leave:

Bereavement leave given

Emergency Evacuation:

Emergency evacuation given

Gratuity Amount:

Gratuity Amount of the end of service bonus pay is 3 weeks per annum completed and paid at the end of the contract is provided

Contract Length:

2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement

Additional information:

**Transportation is provided to and from the school
**Suitable for single teacher only or teaching couples due to the accommodation provision
**Housing allowance is also an option
