A FedEx Ground Contractor , an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground that services the Rogers, Minnesota area, is looking to hire both
Full Time and Part Time delivery drivers to operate large company owned delivery vehicles out of the Rogers based FedEx terminal. We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to work as part of a team! Come join this fantastic team of drivers and grow with our company and our industry!
PAY: $175-$220 per day (final pay rate is based on experience) Earn up to $72,000-$75,000 per year! Flexible schedule (Accepting applications for both FULL TIME and PART TIME!) Typical work hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm Terminal Location: 19705 Rogers Drive, Rogers, MN 55374 United States No CDL required! Amazon, UPS, USPS experience is a PLUS!! This is a physical job and requires that the delivery driver gets in and out of the truck many times each day. Benefits: - PAY: $175-$220 guaranteed pay , depending on experience.
- Paid BI-WEEKLY
- $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS-paid in quarterly installments after 6 month of employment
- Paid Training $120 per day
- Company provided uniforms

Driver Qualifications & Requirements: All applicants MUST meet ALL of the following criteria (NO EXCEPTIONS): - Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- Have dependable transportation
- Previous experience at FedEx, Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or DHL is a plus
Driver Responsibilities: The Driver must have a good sense of direction and the ability to work quickly, productively, independently, respectfully, safely, and responsibly.
- Make designated stops and designated pick-ups
- Verify paperwork via electronic device for deliveries and pick-ups
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work safely to prevent injury to yourself, to others, and damage to products
