Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Leadership: Provide expert medical leadership and oversight to ensure the highest standard of care for patients with HIV/AIDS.
• Strategic Direction: Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving patient outcomes, enhancing care quality, and fostering operational excellence.
• Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care tailored to the unique needs of our patient population.
• Research & Development: Stay current on the latest advances in HIV/AIDS treatment, clinical research, and best practices to inform care delivery.
• Culture Building: Cultivate a culture of compassion, inclusivity, and respect across all levels of the organization, ensuring that every patient feels heard and supported.

Qualifications:

• Education: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification: Board-certified in a relevant specialty, such as Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases, or another related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in HIV/AIDS care, with a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges this patient population faces.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to guide and inspire healthcare teams.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with staff, patients, and external partners.
