Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping properties running smoothly and looking their best? Join our team as a Facilities Technician and help maintain a portfolio of professional office parks in top condition for the tenants and visitors who rely on them every day.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections across multiple office park properties.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and minor electrical.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for larger repairs or specialized service.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and report potential issues before they become problems.
• Respond promptly to service requests from property managers and tenants.
• Assist with properties upkeep including general curb appeal, common areas, restrooms, walkways and parking lots.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on building maintenance or facilities technician experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (travel between sites required).
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
