Shift: Shift 1/7:30:00 AM to 3:30:00 PM

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $27.57 - $35.84 / hour

The Program Manager plays a critical role in optimizing the use of office space to align with the Lee Health business strategy. This position will manage the utilization and efficiency of all Lee Health corporate office spaces across the organization. The Program Manager will serve as a key liaison between Facilities Management and Operational Departments to accurately inventory office space, maintain office inventory, and coordinate office assignments. The Program Manager will be included as a resource in the planning of Lee Health corporate office space growth projects.

The responsibility includes conducting space need assessments, developing and maintaining an office space in developing and implementing space utilization standards and processes, and coordinating with department leadership, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal space utilization. Creating environments that are efficient, comfortable and are productive for the intended use.

The position reports to the VP & Chief Facilities Executive and will be working alongside the facility leadership team.

Requirements

Education: Minimum of a bachelors degree in management, engineering, project management, architecture, systems engineering or planning.

Experience: 3 years of experience in similar roles with an emphasis on workplace space solutions. Experience in support of a rapidly changing and growing corporate environment is preferred. Proven experience as a space planner or similar role. 5 years of experience preferred.

Certifications: None required.

License: None required.

Must effectively work independently with limited direction

Must have effective communication, customer relations and interpersonal skills

Must be computer literate, helpful to be proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, AutoCAD, Revit & Sketch Up.

Experience with managing direct and/or indirect team of professionals
