Facilities Maintenance Technician – Exciting Career Opportunity!

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for our client in Pewaukee, WI. This is an opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer of high-performance sailing hardware and accessories.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform minor building, equipment, and furnishing maintenance.
• Oversee repairs, upkeep, and office relocations, including furniture assembly.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems.
• Manage cleaning, landscaping, and facility services.
• Plan and oversee renovations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
• Strong math skills, including fractions and decimals.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing on concrete for up to 4 hours.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed.
• High school-level reading and communication skills required.
