What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll oversee the maintenance and operations of hangers and leased space for our clients, ensuring excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include:
• Managing the installation, maintenance, and repair of critical systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety)
• Coordinating service providers and ensuring all vendors meet quality and contract standards
• Addressing client needs through hands-on management of janitorial services, landscaping, waste removal, and property upkeep
• Monitoring budgets and implementing cost-effective strategies to maximize value
• Providing leadership to your team, ensuring high performance and professional development
• Conducting site walk-throughs, documenting needs, and providing regular updates to Keystone leadership
• Help us keep the DCA facilities running smoothly while shaping a positive environment for clients and staff alike
What Makes You the Perfect Fit Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in facility management, engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience
• 7–10 years in facilities management, including hands-on MEP systems experience
• 5+ years of team leadership and supervisory experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with CMMS and construction management software
Certifications • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) preferred
Skills & Attributes • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• A commitment to continuous improvement and team success
Salary Transparency Statement The pay range for this position is
$95,000–$115,000 annually. The actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including experience, skills, certifications, and location. Keystone Management, LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity across all roles.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS Upon receiving a contingent offer of employment, the selected candidate must comply with the following as a condition of employment:
- Successfully pass a background check with Keystone Management, LLC and the Federal Aviation Administration.
- Successfully pass the Ronald Reagan National Airport SIDA badge and drivers test within two tries.
- Valid driver’s license and a MVR driving history check required.
